Ownership & Publisher
The Caucasus Journal of Social Sciences is owned and published by The University of Georgia, Tbilisi.
The journal operates under a Diamond Open Access publishing model. Since the 2023 publishing year, all articles have been published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), ensuring immediate, permanent, and unrestricted access to the published Version of Record without subscription fees or Article Processing Charges (APCs).
The journal is published online and provides open access to all content. The journal has made its scholarly content freely available online since its establishment in 2008. Articles are published on a rolling basis following completion of the editorial and peer-review process and are subsequently compiled into annual volumes.

The Caucasus Journal of Social Sciences is fully owned by the University of Georgia. The Publisher ensures:
- the financial and infrastructural sustainability of the journal;
- adherence to international publishing standards and best practices;
- support for editorial independence and academic integrity.
Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board, in accordance with the journal’s editorial policies and ethical standards. The Publisher does not interfere in the evaluation, selection, or acceptance of manuscripts.
