Open Access Policy

The Caucasus Journal of Social Sciences is a fully open-access journal. All content is made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without subscription or access barriers and without any embargo.

The journal is founded on the principle that unrestricted access to scholarly research supports the global exchange of knowledge, increases visibility, and enhances the academic impact of research.

In accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to full texts, index, transmit, and use the content for any lawful purpose without financial, legal, or technical barriers, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and source.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given, and any changes made are clearly indicated.

Authors retain full copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. Authors also grant third parties the right to use, reproduce, and share the published material in accordance with the CC BY 4.0 license.

The journal does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or publication of manuscripts (no Article Processing Charges – APCs).

Submission, acceptance, and publication dates are clearly indicated for each article.

Authors are encouraged to make their research data openly available in appropriate repositories, in line with open science practices.
