This study attempts to determine household socio-economic factors affecting household economic conditions in rural areas of Armenia. To that end, an ordered logistic regression model was estimated using data from the Caucasus Barometer survey conducted by the regional office of the Caucasus Research Resource Centers in Armenia in 2013. The results of the estimation showed that household head health status, monthly household income, education level, and age composition of household were statistically significant determinants of household eco-nomic conditions.
