Editorial Screening

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening conducted by the Editor-in-Chief or assigned editors to assess compliance with the journal’s scope, policies, and submission requirements.

At this stage, manuscripts may be rejected prior to peer review if they fall outside the journal’s scope, fail to meet academic or ethical standards, or demonstrate insufficient scientific or linguistic quality. In such cases, authors are encouraged to revise their work substantially before considering resubmission.

If a manuscript is considered suitable but requires technical or language improvements, it may be returned to the authors for revision without initiating peer review. Authors will be invited to upload the revised version within the same submission.
