Complaints and Appeals
The Caucasus Journal of Social Sciences is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and accountable editorial process.
Authors who wish to appeal an editorial decision should submit a written request explaining the grounds for the appeal. Appeals should be based on clear reasoning, such as concerns about the review process, potential misunderstandings, or perceived bias. All appeals are reviewed carefully by the editorial team, and, where appropriate, may be evaluated by an independent editor or additional reviewer.
The journal also considers complaints related to the editorial process, peer review, or publication ethics. Such concerns should be communicated in writing and will be handled confidentially and objectively.
The editorial team will make every effort to investigate and respond to complaints and appeals in a timely manner. Decisions made following an appeal or complaint are final.
