Dr. Maia Robakidze, Ph.D. in Psychology, is an Associate Professor at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Member of the Faculty Council. With over 25 years of academic experience, she specializes in Work and Organizational Psychology, Consumer Psychology, and Human Resource Management.
