About Maia Jaliashvili
Dr. Maia Jaliashvili, Ph.D., is a distinguished literary scholar, writer, and professor specializing in Georgian and foreign literature. She serves as a Principal Researcher at the Shota Rustaveli Institute of Georgian Literature and a Professor at Georgian American University.
Her research focuses on literary history, literary theory, and comparative literary studies, with particular interest in Realism, Modernism, Postmodernism, and the literary processes of the Soviet and Post-Soviet periods. She is an active member of the International Comparative Literature Association and regularly contributes to literary and academic discussions.
